Before retirement I was a school counselor and therapist.    Now, in retirement, I am a mixed media Texas artist, have been creating art for about 10 years, and I am primarily self-taught. I have, however, been fortunate to be able to attend workshops from some nationally recognized artists.  I am a signature member of the Society of Watercolor artists, a member of Johnson County Art Guild, TAC of Fort Worth, Arlington Visual Arts Association, and Lake Granbury Art Association.
